Originally from southern Arizona, Leslie’s career in agriculture took her across the country, from major metropolitan areas like Phoenix, Tulsa, and Austin to rural communities across the High Plains. Agriculture ultimately brought her to the Pacific Northwest in 2015, where she quickly developed a deep appreciation for the Columbia Basin’s blend of small-town values, growing communities, and opportunity.

With a degree in Animal Sciences and more than two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and environmental compliance, Leslie brings a research-oriented mindset and strong advocacy skills to her real estate work.

A significant portion of Leslie’s experience comes from working with builders and new construction. She has helped guide buyers and builders through more than 90 new construction home sales, giving her clients valuable insight into construction timelines, design decisions, builder contracts, and the nuances of purchasing a newly built home.

Dual-licensed in Washington and Oregon, Leslie works with buyers, sellers, investors, and new construction clients, helping each navigate the market with clarity and trusted guidance. She also regularly assists clients relocating to the region who are drawn to the Columbia Basin’s balance of opportunity, lifestyle, and community.

Invested in the communities she serves, Leslie enjoys helping clients feel connected - not just to a home, but to the neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle that make the Columbia Basin such a special place to live. Outside of real estate, Leslie enjoys spending time with her two daughters and their Golden Retriever, cooking, exploring the outdoors, and staying involved in the communities she calls home.
